Q: Do I need to be present during the inspection?
It is strongly encouraged that you be present at the inspection so we can answer any questions you might have about your home; however, it is not required. If you are present at the inspection, we will also point out the items that will be addressed in the home inspection report that we will give you after the inspection is complete.
Q: What do I get once the inspection is complete?
At the end of the inspection you will receive our computerized report. In the report, we will provide detailed information regarding everything present within the home. We will give information regarding any repairs needed within the home. The report will also contain images of the property, specfifically images showing any damages within the home.
